All documents must be clear, readable, and not expired, with all four corners visible. Your information must match the driver and vehicle. Blurry, cropped, or altered images will be rejected.
For payments — a screenshot from your banking app is acceptable
Current, valid state-issued driver’s license

Current vehicle registration documentation
Your vehicle’s TLC Diamond Sticker photo
Current vehicle insurance documentation
With your name listed as a covered driver
If colored, include with registration sticker
